Lash Lift Timer Support

Thank you for using Lash Lift Timer.

Lash Lift Timer is a simple timing tool designed to help lash artists, estheticians, and beauty professionals track lash lift processing times for each eye separately.

How to Use the App

Set your desired perming and fixation times in Timer Settings.

Start timers separately for the left and right eye as needed.

When a timer reaches zero, the app can send a notification alert if notifications are allowed.

Use “Add 2 Minutes” if more processing time is needed.

Use “Hold to Reset All Times” to reset the timer screen and return to setup.

Notifications

To receive timer alerts, make sure notifications are allowed for Lash Lift Timer in your iPhone settings.

Also make sure your phone is not on Silent if you want to hear an alert sound.

Troubleshooting

If you do not hear an alert:

- Make sure notifications are allowed.

- Make sure your phone is not on Silent.

- Turn your volume up.

- Check Focus or Do Not Disturb settings.

- Keep your device updated to the latest iOS version.

If the app does not appear to work correctly, try closing and reopening the app.
